I’m halfway through my self-imposed marathon, but I haven’t accomplished as much as I would’ve liked. Mostly because I didn’t put enough time into writing/revising. Life got in the way, sadly. Today, for instance, I spent only half an hour on Ch. 7, even though I got up at 5:15 a.m.—earlier than my usual time. But my day was filled with so many other obligations that I just…well…I won’t even go there. I shouldn’t even mention my excuses. Frankly, I could’ve dropped a couple of things (like cleaning the kitchen, for one) and rushed to the computer, for at least an hour, but I like my kitchen sparkling.
Well, that’s it then: 30 minutes. Tomorrow I’ll do better, I know it.
